MAJOR FOCUS:     RLH on-ice sessions focus on the one skill that can ONLY be practiced on-ice: HOCKEY SKATING!  RLH knows from experience that the most cost and time effective way to build hockey players is to maximize the amount of time players are moving and repeating the underlying skating skills necessary to improve as an ice hockey player.
